Friends, I just want to say that I'm thankful for you. I love our cell. I brag about it to people in other cells (though I guess their cells are cool too, or something).
Something I've been pondering for a few weeks now: Am I still doing the same things that I was doing in bondage even though now I am free in Christ? What, then, of Jesus' sacrifice? It's like I'm a dog who stays in the cage even after the door's been opened and it is free to live its life without fear. I don't want to be that dog.
Also, did I mention? I've been attempting to keep my own blog. The link is www.thinkwhere.blogspot.com. End shameless self promotion.
Also also, Jenny, I just saw your comment on the other post. Sorry I didn't see it earlier, but I'm praying. Keep us updated and let us know if you need anything :]

Thanks Bryce. I'm so sorry that I missed cell this week. I was not feeling well and am finally feeling better. What did you all talk about? I hope you all have a great weekend. We won't be at PM because we have a wedding. Bryce, Happy Father's Day!!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree. Our cell rocks.
ReplyDeleteAnd I sympathize with you, Kat. It's frustrating to know the things we "should" be doing and still revert back to unhealthy habbits.
One thought I had while reading your post...let the dog in the cage warm up to the light. It takes puppies awhile to learn new ways of thinking and living, don't get too frustrated with them.
Good thoughts.
Thanks for teaching us.
Oh... and thanks, Jenny. It was a nice father's day.
ReplyDeleteSee you tomorrow!
P.S. For the record...you all can post regular entries on the blog. This is a blog authored by our whole cell, not just me :)
Much love to you all.
